We, the good folks at First Street Brewing Co. and Steeple Brewing Co., both located in the heart of Hastings, NE had a little bit of extra time to chill-out recently. Perhaps you’ve had the same thing going on? It worked out well because it gave us time to work up this collaborative brew. It also gave the brew the time it needed to do its chilled-out lager thing. It’s a traditional Marzen made by two breweries that sit three blocks apart. It’s nice to have good neighbors. It’s even better when those neighbors like good beer.
